At Proud Mary Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Email our support team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Verification and Approval

  For quality concerns regarding coffee beans, please include the roast date and batch number for our roasting team to review.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your unused equipment or merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit within 5-7 business days.
